Over 21 days, you’ll receive audio teachings, reflections, and guided forgiveness practices. Each lesson is short—5–10 minutes—and accompanied by a journaling or contemplation prompt.

Meet Your Guide

 I’m Dr. Cort Curtis, a psychologist and student of awareness with over four decades of experience in inner healing work. This course integrates my training in Gestalt therapy, somatic awareness, and spiritual inquiry—along with inspiration from teachings like A Course in Miracles. My goal is to help you walk your own path of healing—one day, one breath, one moment at a time.
